Job Safety Analysis is carried out to ensure all hazards and risks are identified and either rectified or other control measures are applied.

Toolbox talks are also carried out each day before commencing work to address any new hazards and ensure all workers know what is expected, so the day’s work is carried out with limited downtime and errors.

All Lift Cranes is a family-owned business. Owner and operator Ron Stojanovic started rigging in 1976 at the age of 18 in the Western Suburbs of Sydney. Started All Lift Cranes in 1986, got married and started a family.

Moved to St Georges Basin in 1994 but kept All Lift Cranes trading, and when his sons were old enough, they were all taught the tools of the trade.

Only recently, All Lift Cranes has acquired Ulladulla Crane Hire and has expanded the crane fleet to fulfil any kind of crane hire, lifting and rigging job.

Ron has over 40 years’ experience in construction, operating cranes, access equipment and advanced rigging to erect steel and concrete panels. Ron loves a challenge and therefore excels in the more unique projects. Ron has an excellent work ethic and has instilled this into his sons. All employees work at a high standard and are competent in their field.
